An E-Statement is an electronic version of your statement. It provides you an alternate way to view and print your monthly statement from your computer, utilizing Internet-based technology and eliminating the need for paper statements. With E-Statements, you can access your statement online anytime. You will also receive a monthly e-mail notifying you when your current statement is available. BACK TO TOP How do E-Statements work? An e-mail notification will be sent each month when the latest E-Statement becomes available. The notification is sent to the e-mail address entered during the registration process. Our E-Statement program is secured by a VeriSign SSL certificate and uses the latest Internet security technology to help ensure that your statement information is as secure as possible. To change the e-mail address your E-Statements notification is sent to, log into your E-Statement account. In the "Options" menu on the left, select 'Change Profile', enter the new e-mail address in the correct box, then click the Apply button. BACK TO TOP How do I cancel my E-Statement service? You may cancel your E-Statement service at any time by providing us with written notice by postal mail or fax. It may take as long as forty-five (45) days from the receipt of your written notice of cancellation for you to receive your next monthly printed mailed statement, with all subsequent printed and mailed statements arriving monthly thereafter.
